• Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider

We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or property conditions provided by hosts.

We strive to keep listings accurate, but:

• Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of their villa listings

• We do not guarantee that a villa will meet your expectations or match descriptions exactly

• You may report misleading or inappropriate content to info@ratedvillas.com

Users may not:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content

• Upload viruses or malicious code

• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
